Services: Scope MVP, designed application and infrastructure architecture (AWS). Lead a full-stack development team to go from first meeting with the client to operational MVP onboarding paying clients within 8 weeks. As Fraction CTO I take care of negotiating all technical integration partners such a pthaology providers and head up design of API endpoints and compliance. I continue as Fractional CTO and head of development, responsible for Development/Operations 5 years on.

CircleSource is an Australian owned and founded business that helps local businesses find and connect with a network of the best local people for service and project-based work.

Services: Scoped the MVP, designed application and infrastructure architecture (AWS). Worked in conjunction with a front-end agency to integrate their front end build into a Laravel based application stack. Lead the full-stack development team for over 5 years through 3 major releases and continued Dev/Ops management throughout that engagement.
Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre
Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre is your place to be active, happy and connected! Providing swimming, fitness, gym and leisure facilities to the entire community, regardless of age, background, fitness or ability level.

Services: I was engaged by PARC when their technology project had hit a roadblock in integrating their member wristbands with iPad kiosk checkin's for member classes. I took over architecture and infrastructure design (Microsoft Azure) and implemented NFC bluetooth connected iPads to create checkin kiosks. I also headed up design and integration of PARC membership systems with the MindBody Health and Wellbeing platform for scheduling of group classes and engagement tracking.
SparkDNA
SparkDNA is a Drug & Alcohol Residential Patient Management platform deployed to over 100 countries and managing over 2,000 patients in rehab programs globally. More than 150,000 residential admissions have been managed through the platform and over 60,000 lives changed.


Services: CEO/Founder and CTO - I architected the solution based around Laravel at the core, based on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. I worked with anchor clients in London, Melbourne and Madrid to build out the platform capability, heading up the initial MVP. I continue to have operational control of the platform, responsible for the platform stack from infrastructure, to application to security and compliance.
